I did think and rethink the matchup and at the end I decided to pick Strike Team. Home Team, a better record and it smells like he will overcome his past unlucky drop Outs of the Playoffs. Don't get me wrong, the Panthers can win here, but if you have to pick one Team, a 40/60 or 45/55 chances does not help. It's one game and one Team will win. Close game expected. Strike Team win. Didn't expext to win that one, my guys have always struggled against yours and have always sucked in playoffs. Last minute were intense, game could have gone either way. So I guess it's my turn to get my ass kicked in Elite. Se you soon guys, and good luck to ideaguy for the Superbowl |

I was surprised the Black Panthers had that much fight in them for this game! I thought it was going to be a(nother) blowout! Apparently, I'm doing something right!

2016-04-05 17:00 Bowl Burnaby Bruisers vs. Strike Team My pick stands, I think Strike Team will win here. They did meet only once so far, in season 19, and Strike Team did win by only 3 Points. I'm not expecting a blowout, more of a constant grind to a Close or a not that Close win, depended on the last few minutes and their playbooks. Strike Team win. So, Strike Team and Burnaby Bruisers will swap places with the Leverkusen Leopards and the Down Under Devils. Monarchs league will be interesting next season, regardless of the final Destination. And Elite league will get two good Teams to compete. |

I would like to congratulate everyone for a great season. Once again, we continue our horrible run in the playoffs.
I am going to really spend some time this season to work on more playbooks to spice things up a bit more. To another year! |
