Has anyone turned this on yet? 2.5 mill cost and 500k per week I think.
I just wondered what the incentives are and how it is working for you guys? |

Reading on that..Is that $500k a week + the additional $250k a week for regular youth academy for total of $750k a week or am I misreading it again?

Manual says total you win 1 to 2 points per important skills. I do not know if he integrate physicals in this, but I guess for a normal team (7 coachs, decent buidings, 85 to 90 CP HC), it represents 8 points minimum per season (I would even say 10).
Considering that on this 8 points, 3 would come from the extra training points, each youngster should get 5 points per season at least. On top of that you get some more XP but we do not know how. The TC does not matters if you activate the lounge a couple of time per season. Based on this and assuming I have a good understanding of the manual (not sure at all  ) the question is:
Does it worth 13M per season? I would say yes. However I am really waiting about the big players opinion on it. |
