The first (very raw) impression is very good:
I had 28 Extra Training Points and a couple of 0.6 points gains during normal training + and unprecedented 0.7 points gain on Strength (with double bonus) However, onetime training gains have to be taken with a grain of salt as we do not know whats at the second digit after the decimal point. So rounding of the actual ability has a huge influence |

I turned it on, and I will see at the end of next season, how big the xp bonus is. That is the decisive factor for me.
A few training points here and there makes no difference to me. One set of training points dumped on a player that caps too early is a lot more. |

I think those few Training Points per Training u p d a t e will aid also, since a Manager will find the physicals much earlier.
If 0.1 to 0.2 per u p d a t e is real, that means 2.4 to 4.8 extra Training per Player. |

I turned it on. I am mostly training strength and speed in the youth academy. Where the average before was between 9.4 and 0.5 it was now between 0.5 and 0.6.
I believe we need at least three training updates to know the effect. |

In general I think this gimmick is nice for teams, who don't know what to do with too much money.
My advice for rookies is to stay away from this feature until their finances are settled. |

Ok, some trainings done now with the premium academy and I cannot really see a difference. Can anyone say otherwise ?
