Nice work mate
I should win the division, but its the playoffs I struggle with, so lets hope for some luck this season. If I don't do it this season, it will be some time before I do, got too many old players now and the team will need to be rebuilt to compete again. So its all or bust this season.  |

Well if you take 30 as the baseline for being old I've got one more than you! If I can survive this season in Elite then I may not survive another. However, at the start of this season I didn't think I had any chance - so who knows? |

So do you need a new queen and then she will build a new team or just new workers? Queen looks ok, its my defensive workers who need changing. Both MLB are retiring this season, one is 34 and other is 32, also 2 other Linebackers are 30, so need 4 replacements really. 
I got old secondary so replacements needed for there.
My defensive line is ok, only one aged 30.
Also only 5 WR of which one will retire at end of season.
I got 3 YA who are 20 and will be ready for senior squad, a MLB, DL / LB and a WR, but will have to dabble in the market place to fill rest of holes.

I'm almost through my "Week of Dread" with top-notch opponents in League and Supercup matches. Bad losses, but these are the games that shine a spotlight on the weak spots in the team. I made a few changes after the last game, a new player from the Transfer Market and a couple playbook tweaks, but I was still expecting a brutal loss. I'll accept the fluke win. It isn't going to change the standings very much in the long run.
