A very good HC with a few ACs or a big AC team with average CP and a low CP HC. Can't have high AC with low HC as HC limits the effectiveness of the AC What i mean by this statement. There is no need to raise the wages of AC. Even with a CP point boost. As the current high wages would prevent most team for loading up with to many high 90+ coaches |

Ok I understand and agree.
About the idea of HR I just wanted to give an example: If I have a young coach that grows his EXP and I realize I cant afford him anymore because of my bad financial forecast, I will have to fire him and put myself in an even worse financial situation. With an HR, if he's in his last year of contract I could just wait the end of his contract. I understand and can imagine that all of this has allready been discussed a lot but if you want to call your game "football manager simulation" a bit of realism wouldn't hurt... It's not intended to be a real live simulator, it's intended to be a game simulator. That's a major difference.
Real live is as it is, with all the shades of grey you can imagine, a game tries to make black or white rules and force managers into making hard decisions. Last edited on 2017-01-06 17:39:59 by jack6 |

Even with more realistic roules a coach has to make hard decisions as IRL!
(see other similar games...) |

Also being able to hire a full set of coaches would be another way to get people to spend their income.
As it is at present most people will forego a ST coach and then if they want to specialise further there are always a few 'must have' positional coaches and a few that are 'as needed'. So I don't think it truly gives the diversity. |

You still find a lot different setups regarding CP and positions.
True is, many positions seems to be must haves. |

The Coaches setuo won't change. It does what it should, causing diversity. It causes making decisions. It causes scouting an opponent to be more deep than just scouting players and tactics (just wonder why I never heard this hint "check his Coaches setup")...

Im not stupid and allready scouted teams players and coaches and I see a lot of teams without any coaches, even top managers and they still win against me.
IMO this is because coaches dont affect the game so much and doesen't realy help us to win against better teams. How could they create so much diversity without personal skills or philosophy? Last edited on 2017-01-06 20:24:52 by Rafi1205 |

Coaches do make a difference. Team with out coaches or some coaches can over come the coaches need with good game plan and good over all team skill. In game coaches can be the difference between 2 closes rated teams. Plus I under valued coach XP for long time. But it the most important thing for a coach. as it allows him to perform to is CP at 4start and slightly above it at 5stars. Plus long term going with out coaches is hard. As player lose so much training. |
