OK so Fire 2.2 4 of us are competing for 4 5 6 and 7

1 2 and 3 seem pretty much stable and won't be changing this season.

2.2 Leader has joined in Season 10 and is over 75 ELO ahead of anyone.

To get promoted to 1.1 I need to build my ELO up about 200 points to even challenge lol

Next season I am sure you will be competing in the top of the division, mate. It goes faster than you might think.

I had my team at around 56% overall at the end of last season and I had hoped to improve 4% over this season - but it is harder than I imagined, because there's a hard competion on the more qualified players and they get expensive.

Growing your team to 55% should not be difficult once you have your stadium ready

Great to see you hang in there

Yeah this first season makes me laugh a little. It's all about building up a stadium to build up capital to then build up a team to then challenge.

Question for you when is a good time to hire the PR Consultant and Scout before the season closes. I assume the day or the day before the season ends. That way I can get good scouting on my draft picks and a better sponsor.

I hired top consultant at the end of last season and I am not sure my sponsor deal improved much. However, I did get some other bonus deals that the PR lady worked out - like a 12k bonus for each youth pull.
Not sure it covers the PR salary, but having the PR has improved the attendance remarkably, so I am sure her salary is covered in that manner.

I've had my scout maxed all the time. Mostly because I was pretty active on the TM during my first season (against all advice).

How long did it take you to max your stadium?

It a little more than a season, but not much more.
I build when I was on away games for a stretch long enough for the building to be finished. I build all 4 sides at the same time in order to save expenses on maintenance. Little trick
