No Pete, it is not what you announced at all. It might be what you intended to announce, but what you appeared to say was that it would be reported uiqte variably depending on game/situation/random. This is EVERY wishbone call being shown as Flexbone.
0 Flexbones in playbook, lots of Wishbones. 0 Wishbones shown in stats, 22 Flexbones. I know they are the SAME in terms of the game engine, but this could be seen as very misleading... as it looks that every time I called Wishbone, the stats reported it as Flexbone. All 22 times. We've played pretty badly last few league games so changed a few things this time round. Think we must have activated the 'play crap' setting but found out how to unactivate it. Till next game. |

Well, I have been well and truly bested. As expected if I am honest, you can only punch above your weight for so long and the Pub Gang were far too much for me. Your reputation is deserved and I can hold my head high to bow out to such a team.
3 scores was my limit for acceptable, 2 would have been a massive morale boost for me. Best of luck to the Gang and my 1 season divisional rivals the Ducks - you said we would meet again but alas, next Sunday will not be that day. Thanks to Athos for organising this and for all the write ups, even if they didn't favour me each week lol. I bow out head held high and optimistic for the future. Thanks again to all and Gg once again Toni, but you will all see me soon, more competitive and deserving of the semi final place. I guess I am finally done, but like Arnold... I'll be back  |

Good lad, H1LL5. I've only bested you because I've got a 10 point higher rating than your team. In a season or two you will have caught up strength-wise, and then you will return with furious anger!! Congratulations to you for being this tournament's (positive) surprise team.
Now in the finale vs mikemike and his Ducks. Unfortunate for me I'm holding RZA's unofficial record of losing finals, such as last two SC finals and countless Galaxy Bowls. However, I will try my best to win this one, because I'd really like this trophy in my showroom. Good luck, mike. |

So here we are: 16 started the quest, and now we're down to the Final two......
The Notorious Pub Gang at Chester Ducks The Notorious Pub Gang at the Chester Ducks……. Sounds like an inner city outing to a village hostelry. But I don’t think that that is the case here - the Pub Gang aren’t being notorious, more like quietly professional. And the Ducks are Chester Ducks going back to their Roman fighting ancestors, not the Gressingham Ducks (easily roasted and smooth to digest). The Pub Gang have been favourites all through the Tournament, but as we know, the Ducks had the highest rating of all. Apart from that, there is a lot of padding in this preview because I think it’s too close to call. It should be the Ducks, and if they get their Gameplan right then it should be them by a clear head. But the Gang are the form team as well as the long term favourites so I think that could well top facts and figures. I don’t know …. most of my predictions have been way off the mark!
