The Celtics Win!!
In a match which was the definition of "the score doesn't represent the game", it was a full-on gladiatorial Wednesday night stand-up and be counted head butter. As the defeated but very honourable Hills has mentioned, there was nothing in it until the Celtics finally strung two consecutive plays together with 4 mins left on the clock. After that the Doleys had to gamble and the score ran away. A truly great game to watch, thank you both, And well done to Celtics - UK Challenge Cup winners Until the next time - many thanks to everyone who put their head above the parapet and reputation on the line, and EXTRA special thanks to Hills for co-hosting and great write-ups. The scoreline got padded somewhat in the last few minutes - well done Doleys, you gave me a real scare for 55 minutes of that game! Damn you I was claiming the moral victory in this cup until you beat him. Next time shall we just save time and split the credits three ways |

Athos, thank you very much for this tournament. You made it very special with your reports and your dedication. Thank you also for inviting me in.
Incredibly close match. Congratulations to Doleys to make this a suspenseful and worthy final. And congratulations to Jonny for this win that makes you British Champion now. |

Really great game, mates. I enjoyed it very much, even if I saw it in play-by-play mode only this morning, losing the live thrilling effect.
As a representative of Italian community, I want to show you that we started the Coppa Italia project. This is the second edition and we run the tourney each solar year in October/November. What do you think about an Anglo-Italian bilateral confrontation in a friendly cup among 4+4 semifinalists of the two tourneys ? Are you brave enough to accept the challenge ? |

Great fun being involved, even if I've still got a stiff neck* from hanging my head in shame with my early exit.
An Anglo-Italian tourny sounds great I'm up for it. *May also have been caused by taking viagra for a sore throat by mistake. |

This will be like going back to the 70's when we had an Anglo-Italian Cup in soccer. |
