Depending on where I log in from I get this message "IPv6 disabled! Booo, you are using old style IPv4...". But most people don't really have any control over what type of IP address your ISP provides, right?

Your provider has to play the "game" the right way. No, I disagree. You are paying for your internet access. Of course you could bug your providers support and ask for IPv6...Maybe you have IPv6 already, just disabled it on your local PC...many options here. |

I get the same message, how do I check if it's something I can change on my PC or something at my ISP's level?

I found an IPv6 online test and it told me "Your DNS server (possibly run by your ISP) appears to have no access to the IPv6 Internet, or is not configured to use it. This may in the future restrict your ability to reach IPv6-only sites."
Which means my ISP isn't providing IPv6 yet, right |

sounds like this, but you cannot be sure. If the primary DNS is not connected via IPv6, it doesnt mean automatically your provider cannot provide IPv6...

I have IPv6 at home but only IPv4 at work, and I'm not sure the IT department will appreciate it if I ask them to upgrade so I don't have to look at that message on RZA any more...
