I agree. My top tier of can't miss stars is 19. Most of any draft I have seen. There are another 15 or so that are good and could be elite if their physicals have just a little room.
It's enough talent to assure every team has a Christmas present to open on draft day. |

One thing I realised last season is that if you do your prep work before season turn over you need to add +1 to their age
