Double rollover ... Is the face of boh older than the universe yet? It is certainly much older after season rollover 2 than it was after season rollover 1 - just seeing all those (additional) players lining up to retire |

I was doing some checks a few seasons ago, and teams tend to get older in average. Therefore, having more retirees is just...right

I have the feeling that players in the NFL play longer than in RZA and but you can play rookies earlier in the NFL as they have to develop their skills in RZA, so the real playing time for RZA players is very limited. And older players would mean higher salaries would mean more money out of the game I just think it is sad when the players we try to develop with so much micro management retire earlier |

We have players being older than 33, even some at 36...IMO this sounds OK, not?

On my mind the current handling is absolutely OK.
I think roster building wouldn't be that important if the players would play longer... |

I think roster building wouldn't be that important if the players would play longer... Why is there any difference? - If players play longer, they have more value to a manager at a certain age, so the 29 year olds would be more expensive - The players, that you got for your long time roster building stay longer with your team - constant not predictable turnover due to early retirements does not help for long term roster building imo, you do not need to be realistic as RZA skill development is different to RL. I would like starters to play longer as I like to follow players career on my team and on league rivals team. Losing a player with 30 years, who you drafted and trained and who finally was able to play with 27 is a huge blow imo. I would like to have less retirements before 33 and more players playing till 35 |

You could also argue the other way that RZA doesn't follow real life with the career ending injuries to players before they are 30 - now that would be a tough loss if you had developed them through YA

In the NFL many players retire because of diminishing skills In RZA players retire at the top of their game. In RZA Retirements are a big time Event which can heavily influence team talent distribution. |
