Awesome game today against Strike Team which we won 35-23. The score could have been a lot higher in this crazy game as we both lost two scoring chances through turnovers. We were intercepted twice in scoring range and Strike Team were intercepted once and lost a fumble. They also missed a short FG. Coincidentally both teams were able to return an interception for a TD.
I'm well pleased to have a 4 game lead in the division at this stage of the season. I did not expect it. |

Really? Beside Strike Team all other teams were for sure underdogs and it would be a major win for them, if they would have won those games.

No, I wasn't saying that I did not expect to win the games (except for Strike Team). What I meant was that I did not to expect the other teams in my division to have so few wins at this stage. (Of course I hadn't gone into their schedules in great detail). |

Hmmm. Not really. Sure they could have had 1 or 2 more wins, but it's not surprising to see them with so many losses.
Well, it's only the beginning of the season, much can happen and some will have easier opponents later in the season. TO ALL: VOTE FOR HOF in the HOF Thread. EVERYONE CAN VOTE! Especially the new managers are welcome to vote. |
