My division isn't particularly strong although it is at least active and improving which is good, but this has obviously helped. The 38-24 loss to the Iron Tigers was a good measuring stick for me and in all honestly I felt a bit hard done by with three 60+ yard touchdowns against me. I look forward to the challenge of the playoffs and this season am just happy to be making up the numbers. Maybe in 2 or 3 seasons time I might actually be a challenge for the Iron Tigers or the Samurais.  |

Happy to report that all my tanking candidates played like they were trying to win.
In other news, my Borderliners took down the division leading rival the kings, but with thacker holler ahead i still think i need a miracle to make the post season. We lost the Colorado mountains. sad. But many new teams are looking like keepers, so a bit of ups and downs like always. |

So I was a bit worried about my game today against The Hounds. They were flying high at 13-1 in AC North and had a much higher overall (63.3%). Not sure whether the whole AC is tanking but a 59-6 win was a bit of a surprise. As a newbie to Admirals, is the NC just much stronger? The Hounds had beaten the Tigers previously so I thought they might give me a decent test!

I know from last season that The Hounds flew under the radar during regual season but then played well and almost got it to superbowl. they were already in PO, so they might put on the trainees to get experience. But yeas, alot of teams in this divition doesen't really want to advance, from the looks of it. witch is sad |

Well I somehow lucked into a division lead with two games to go, and yet managed to lose tonight 13-16 to a team that was 5-9 coming in. Just couldn't get anything going, probably the worst game we played all season. It happens, I guess.

I know for the next couple of seasons I will be around 2.2 but that is OK because I am building a team to compete and hopefully win promotion and be able to stay in 1.1 eventually  |
