Looking over the rather gloomy economic forecast of my team, I noticed that I'm paying $5m for staff wages this season, and scheduled to pay $6m next season. I haven't made any changes to my staff for seasons, and they are all maxed out at 20 so can't see where this $1m increase is meant to come from. Can someone please tell me what would be causing staff wages to rise?

How do they raise? We are in the middle of the current season. Therefore the projcted wages are for the rest of THIS season, and for the FULL NEXT season. Of course next seasons wages are higher in total..
