What's that Thomastem? Little Timmy's fallen in the abandoned mine shaft and he can't get out?! No? Oh! You have a suggestion that coaches wages should rise at higher levels of the game so Elite > D1 > D2! I really like this idea

I can imagine a point where EXP of coaches drives the costs much higher than it does today.

If we act careful, yes. The story is: such a coach is much easier to replace, even midseason. Replacing a player can be a pain for seasons...

Is this suggesting the cost increase for experience, or level, or both? I'm ok with either, but I think experience makes a bit more sense.

If so this makes as much sense to me when comparing to real life, the higher the coach goes the more money they'll get, often regardless of how good they are, i'm not gonna be mean and give specific NFL coaches as examples  |
