Here my though on the trading block.
The only reason we have not had a trading block is fear of cheating.Which has been discuss many seasons ago. So let come up with idea to prevent cheating. And bring other level to the game. That could make money less valuable. My idea is system that give each player a value base on there age,skills and xp. Then we could use these value to create acceptable trades. Not acceptable trades. Good question pete.
1st for my self I had players. That i would not sell. As the TM is to unpredictable.But I know i would trade. Because i am getting a player in return that helps my team. 2nd With the inflation talk and talk about too much money. Trading is the one thing ever one has equal chance. As money is not a factor |

A system like the NBA's requires teams to match the wages of traded players. This might prevent abuse because it would maintain the value of high skilled players. To prevent abuse of using the HR dept as a workaround, use estimated wage after transfer instead of current wage as the wage match figure.

That's pretty easy to abuse. A 30 year old making $40,000 is definitely not as good as a 20 year old making $40,000.
