As Peter was so friendly to translate my question and you did answer it already I give you my 2 Cents in this.
For me the transfer market is the global trading block.
Yes, you only get money in return and sometimes don't find a fitting player, but I have serious doubts a global real trading block would work better.

And honestly, I don't see much chance to make it fool proof.
The value of a players is often based on the trainers strategy and the philosophy behind it (which is likely the reason why on draft day most managers get their top 10 player regardless their draft position).
So the system can only put in a basic value calculation which will never reflect the managers expectations.

But to do this a constructive way:
A global trading block should have such a value system, a time period to review the trade and a bidding systen with the chance to increase the offer if the offer is not enough.
And here comes the problem, since value systems can be expoited and reviews have to be done, which raised the question who should do such a review?

I don't think there is a fair and friendly way to implement a trading system.

It's a nice idea. But since this was tried in the past, I think we should wait until we see the results of the exp/wage recalculation before revisiting.

Especially if wages is one of the proposed factors in player valuations.

In another football sim I played, trading was possible.

However, it was a constant source of arguing.
Veteran manager were getting premium young players for expensive, over the hill veteran players from rookie managers. A trading system is imo just possible when a commissioner needs to validate a trade.

However, the commissioner will be insulted regardless what he will decide in some trades, either from the trade partners or from the rest of the league.

A trade system would be cool if everybody puts the same effort in, speaks with various managers to get back the best value for his traded players, but nobody could assure this.

In short, my opinion, not worth the pain that is coming with trading

In my opinion a trading system will never work.

We had such a system, a test run, many seasons ago. We found we need to have a human to review trades, and therefore established a voting system, so manager of both leagues (source and target league) of such trades could review and veto. It did not work with the friendly group of guys for test. How is it supposed to work with managers only having their selfish feelings in mind? Exactly, never ever.

A trading function is out of focus for the moment.

Well that trial was not real trail as it was money for player(if we are talking about the so called trading block you added for few weeks). Which the TM already fills that need.

I think there is a fair way to and a trading block. I played around with some base values. That would allow exchange of players with in 2-4 years of each other. And of like stats base of future training and current stats. For one for one trade.

The only two position that are not fairly valued are OL and QB but i could find a work around to fix that.

If pete would want i would be happy to work out the values in detail send them over.

I'm not ready for implementing trading. It is not good for the game.

I agree with those raising concerns here, I think the dangers/problems that a trading system would create would overshadow the few benefits of having a trading system.

That why I am here ask for way to prevent the so called dangers. Using method I describe could make a very strict system. Or one with some wiggle room.

Using the base i put together. Trading would be hard some what difficult.
As trading for young draft player for old veterans even 50 training. Would not be possible do to the age difference.

Like this
1 age very high valued
2 phycal skills and int medium value
3 other skills small value

Such trading block would only allow trading of -or+2 years in age.
Or smaller if we wished

"value of a player" is nothing you could determine based on numbers. I tried several times to predict transfer money in the background, and I failed each single time. The reason is, there is no fix market. Offer and demand drive the prices up and down. A trading tool has to keep this in mind. The more I read and think about a trading tool, the less I like it.
