This is exactly why I thought of this suggestion Pete, to give teams another way to spend that money. Kind of like when you created the new Premium Youth Academy, same idea, give a small advantage for a large sum of money.

The idea is to create many ways for teams to spend money other than players salaries and the TM, the more ways to spend money the more money will get spent and the less money will sit on people's bank account. I thought this was your goal with the new financial changes?

Yeah, but without killiung primary "laws" of this SIM. You cannot raise INT of a player...INT plays a deep role, and by limiting it, we keep the diversity in shape. You are asking for giving it up. Thanks for the suggestion, but no. Seriously...

Fair enough, no change to INT. Would you consider the same idea but instead of improving INT players could improve, TW, Strength or Speed (slightly over their red cap maybe)?

No, because you can drive these skills over the "red edge" already. We do not need a "red red edge", do we?

And TW is similar to INT, it is fixed - for reason

How about if you want to buy a random roll of 1-5 int you can purchase that roll for a half star experience? You can limit this to one player per team per season.

What if there was a way to do this with experience?

You spend $x million, the player goes to summer camp, loses 20%TC because he missed preseason training, but gains 0.5* experience?

And with higher experience the player will demand more wages.

The wage and cap system means that all players are basically trained pretty much identically. Players don't have strengths and weaknesses. And no the change to 2 skills doesn't come close to fixing this.

The only exception to this is Speed, Strength, Int and TW. These are what differentiate players.

Any suggestions to change this and allow these skills to be trained (or trained over red cap) is in my opinion a very bad one.
