Personally I think it should count the academy and player in free switch as well. Especially given how high those limits are right now.

As you have no idea what the player will be until they cap. I am fine with the current setting. The limit one postion training. But allow more than enough flex ablity to train future players. This will limit managers, who just have one good AC and use him a lot.
Imo, to make it complete and fair for all coaches strategies, the out of position penalty should also be raised. It is easy to train a SF at an other defensive position or a FB/RB at the other AC. very successful teams do it rather than put their players at the position without an AC.
