Personally I think it should count the academy and player in free switch as well. Especially given how high those limits are right now.

I will go crazy on if including ya. As you have no idea what the player will be until they cap.

I am fine with the current setting. The limit one postion training.
But allow more than enough flex ablity to train future players.

Cuting the numbers in half would be mistake in some postions.

Flex ablity is all I ask for. These still allows it

You can switch your youth players at any point with no penalty. Why would this require you to figure out positions? Its not like you train up all your players in Tackling until you figure out which ones you are going to use on defense.

You just want to put all 22 players under your best coach. Which is what EVERYONE does. So you aren't actually gaining any advantage from that. You just think you are. If everyone was limited, you would have the exact same advantage you have now. You can still train who ever you want under your best coach. You just need to be a bit more tactical about who you think your best prospects are.

Absolutely no loss in flexibility here.

No rock. Not EVERYONE dumps their YA under 1 coach.

I don't. I also bet I'm not the only one.

Ok, so I stand corrected. Andrew would lose his competitive advantage over Punch and Pete if YA was limited.

I still think it should be limited.

well it looks like you never look at my ya.I put my uncapped ya at my most experience coach until the caps are found.
then i move them to a coach that train the skills need for the position

so most of my ya is lb and ol right now.

while all of your ya is lb. so whats your problem

I'm just saying that it should be capped. I put all my youth under my best coach until they cap their physicals, because there is absolutely no reason not to. I would prefer that there was a reason not to, so I could think a little more tactically about where I put my players. Who I train under the best coach, who trains elsewhere.

fair enough.
But for simple reason of not know what position the YA player would play.Untill his cap/caps are found.
I thing it should remain as is.

True, I use two coachs. One for speed and the other for force.
