 I thought I have at least today to get my players from YA and sign them long term.
So I lose in addition to my gazillion senior quitters 4 good prospects from the YA for this final. I'm so close to quit ....
Honestly, this makes zero sense. Either I would have quit the final or I quit with the players. Thanks for f***ing my surprising success in the CoC. I'm really pissed right now. EDIT: If I undertand the HR settings I can save my youthies by switching the HT department off, which will cost me about 1.8 million estimated more. All because a damn database hickup last season ... of course everyone did. The problem is, that some managers did not have enough room in their roster to promote their youngsters. Now they dont want to kick their old guys because of playing a Bowl, and blame me closing the HR Department one day to early.
However, I can tell you what I will do. I moved the closing deadline one day forward to Friday midnight. On top, I will soon remove the "cancel/fire" button on players inside their last season. And, no matter who is posting it: never ever start again with "I'm close to quit because of"...If you want to quit, just do it! If you want to discuss an issue with me, do it, but don't put such a pressure into this conversation then. This being said...have a great weekend. Pete Good decision Pete, I am just some days in the game and I noticed that the main head looks after us 
It was fair for the finalists to have an extra day to prepare their Roster for the next Season as we all had plenty time to do that. |

Whenever I will quit, I will do so by a well thought decision, not based on an impulse. |

I may be speaking out of turn, but a lot of people I have noticed in my short time here have had issues with contracts and youth promotion etc... No offence people it is no massive secret when the deadline is... To me it is poor planning or laziness for not carrying out the tasks. Especially for teams who have no post season or who get knocked out because it's not like we have anything else to do!
