Not only based on his success on the field. I find it quite...amazing. Imagine, your parents are Tom and Gisele, 2 superstars. In my opinion, and from what you can hear in the public, it seems they are somehow normal. This is...impressive. Basically, the team won that wanted it more. So it is not only about TB12, but he has his share on it, for sure...You need such a guy in your team to wear 5 rings... It is not love...just #Respect |

After watching the highlights I just don't get the playcalling of Atlanta in the second half. Especially the offense was a mess.
It seems impossible, but it just looks like they did suck in second half on purpose. |

Patriots kept lining up looking like they were overloaded against the run and dropping guys off at the last second in the 2nd half.
I do wonder how many of the plays were checkoffs at the line by Ryan from run to pass, or if Shanahan really only called 4 runs (10 yards), with the huge lead they had. Some very questionable clock management definitely aided the Pats down the stretch. |

The point that has to be made: even if it was strange playcalling, it needs another team to take this opportunity. If you read the internet it still seems, some people cannot confirm this simple truth...

It's clear that even if a grand conspiracy in favor of the Patriots would have happened, which I don't believe because of the following, nobody could have make players on both sides do what happend and predicted the outcome. There were so many close plays, which could have easily gone different.
The Patriots did capatalize on the big Falcons meltdown and made it count, no doubt. Still, if I would be a 49ers fan, I would be a bit concerned AFTER that game, whether the team got the right guy. And I'm also not convinced that Sarkisian is the right guy to become the new OC of the Falcons, but the future will tell us. |

I don't buy a conspiracy for a minute ... but so many were rooting against the Patriots, they will of course go hunting for ludicrous theories, like they always do.
I liked the Falcons, and I feel bad for their collapse. But it was definitely worth it to see Roger the Worm squirm a bit: Sad Roger |

We discussed it already in our 49ers Community and there are mixed opinions about his playcalling: As questionable a few calls were (and actually you can also find reasons to see the calls positiv!) the game plan especially in the first half was really good. And as a HC there are some other important things to do |

I'm stunned that there is a 49ers community.
Just kidding. But I can't see, how the second half play calling can be judged as positiv. I'm not saying because of him did the Falcons lose the Super Bowl, but it was a major fault. Latest start of the 4th quarter the strategy should have been to run like hell, mix plays and formations and find the spots to get that game home. Of cause afterwards everyone is smarter. |
