I have the option to turn the HR Department on and I'm trying to decide if it would be the right move. I would love to negotiate but the pay based on skills is a lot less time consuming and IMO wouldn't cost that much more if anything.

Hey Fin,
If you hire a HC at say 70 cp and you have 550 to hire the other 11 coaches and you use 350 on 6 of them does it split the 200 left between the other 5 coaches. and thanks for the help. Last edited on 2017-02-10 21:04:21 by Green Wave |

Dont hire coaches yet. Your stadium needs to be around 100k seats, before getting them.

The global stretagy I recommand is as below:
1/built 144300 seats stadium 2/hire Head Coach (for the training bonus in YA) 3/build YA 4/hire AC 5/built facilities (weigth room and wind tunnel to start) 6/ hire new players So the first season is kind of boring because you spend all your money in the stadium. But keep in mind that a full stadium is 4 to 5 millions income in SC and 6 to 8 in league. That means you will be able to hire great players once the stadium is completed. All the players you currently have will no longer be there in a couple of seasons. That is why it is not necessary to buy cheap ones at the beginning. Now I know some manager want to be competitive in their league from season 1. But at the end their progression will be slower. Last edited on 2017-02-11 06:23:35 by Fincyril |
