I think it would be very interesting (and logical) to be able to rename and nationalize, not only the players that come from the draft, but also all the Staff members and the Players of our teams.
You could enter a small payment in the form of Credits (3, 5 ...) for each change.

If I ever do this, and I doubt it...I would create kind of a lottery. You pay X Credits to be allowed offering a new passport, but the human in question can refuse it...your Credits would be gone then...
