In the depth chart,
does STT = Special Teams Tacklers and STBL = Special Teams Blockers? I can't find this in the manual under abbreviations. |

That's what I thought.
My dilemna then is this... I have my best blockers blocking for returns (STBL), and my best tacklers running down field to tackle on kickoffs and punts (STT). However, in game play those roles seem to be reversed: my blockers are trying to tackle on kickoffs and punts, and my tacklers are trying to block on returns. This is wreaking havoc on my special teams, getting burned for big run backs, and gaining few yards on returns. Also, how many gunners should I be using? |

In generally I would keep the recommended number of players on the roster. You will have 2 gunners on kickoffs. STT only play kickoffs, not punt returns. You are probably seeing you TEs and such make tackles on punt returns. 1 gunner will play on punt returns.
