Dear folks, it's time for me to leave, I simply have no time left for this beautiful game, and I will sell all my players so that some of them can live on to help other teams.
I am quite happy with my run here, I just looked at the overall records:  Source: http://i.imgur.com/cdVCz99.jpg Clearly, once I got the EL, playoff success stopped, and so I never cracked the top of the top layer, but my Falcons were always around and most of the times competitive. I wanna say thanks to the community for the lovely years spent here, thanks to pete for the wonderful game, thanks to my rivals (notsch, Buddy, SimKon, etc.) for keeping me searching for an edge, thanks to all the forum talk, the interactions, the fun... it was a great time. Sadly I won't be able to continue it, but I am sure this game will grow in the future.  |

that hurts farewell, mate this game will miss one of its (at least by me  ) most respected managers.
I tried to model my team after a couple of teams and your Falcons were one of those. use the extra time wisely |

I cannot say I know you, but your team and your name are well known in this community.
Add to this, that I'm always sad when a player retires from the game. I want to thank you for announcing it, instead of letting the team go Bot like many others. That's another open demonstration of affection to this game that deserves respect. I wish you all the best for the life out there. |

There's no shame in not quite cracking Elite - with 8 regions there were 8 teams who were 'the best', now there can only be one.... |
