I don't if this is possible our even if it's been suggested before. But I am suggesting an all-time hall of fame for managers past and present which would also show the number of trophies that they have won.

Hi,
From my personal point of view, I would never do this, for two reasons. Some managers leave without notice, they just leave. Most of the time we do not know the reason...so how I am supposed to fill such a HOF? And, more important: I don't like to look back. If a manager leaves, it is his decision. I dislike waving goodbye at all. The moment his team was destroyed, he is gone from my admins point of view. If I like to stay in touch, I have him on my contacts list on twitter or facebook, or exchange emails on a regular base. But I will not do this inside RZA. |

Its about honouring and respecting current and former managers on RZA who has become loved, respected and has achieved things. I know of at least 1 forum who has put there own together and thunder has something similar to. If thats your decision though I'll have to respect it.

I fully understand your point.
However, RZA is about the managers who are actually playing the game, to provide them fun. It was never made to honor managers who left the game. There is nothing against a thread somewhere in a regional forum, but this won't become part of the official structures of RZA for the explained reasons. |

Just a small comment here:
A game does need triggers for motivation, like training players, building a stadium or winning a championship. Something to aim for. I had some feedbacks regarding my thread in the monarchs forum and some did say 'If not for the possibility to become one of those managers in the HOF, I would probably be gone already'. So such a HOF can also be part of that current world and can add to that fun. That's why I keep that going in Monarchs region. |
