I suggest

1- we make it a little hard to get in there so only 1 team voted in per season.

2- each committee member only nominate 2 teams.

Just a comment here, since I did create the Monarchs system and I do also basically do all the work.

The presentation is my stuff, this could have been done easier, but I wanted to have the full stats available.

The reason for the selection process is to have a clear path to become eligable and to have the community in it for the whole process.
I did leave the bar quite low for being eligable, since I wanted to have the managers remembered for being part of the region, not because of their winning record. There were several teams in our region which had always the top teams ahead of them and did basically win nothing, but did play fair and hard over severals seasons, which is still a great thing.

And the voting process is also a bit complicated to have again the community full in it.
I always say ALL CAN VOTE and get 10 votes max.

Regaring your commitee: Did anyone ask the guys, whether they would like to be part of it?

I think your structure is perfect Cyril. I would just like it to be a little more restrictive is all.

I believe it should be restrictive however maybe the first season you allowed four or five teams in?

I agree with JohnnyAce, I like Fincyril original idea. Each league should be a little different. Looking at the list of eligible voters I don't foresee any of them not wanting to participate but if they choose not to, that is there choice.
If we vote on just current active teams I would agree that we should just vote for max of two per season. However, if we can go back and include some of the great managers from the past that have retired I think we should open up the initial voting to include more than just one or two initial inductees.

I compromised and edited the initial post (last part only).

"To integrate the HOF:
- Be the top team after the managers vote
- For the first 3 votes, be the second team in the ranking and receive at least 10 votes"

What do you think?

About the schedule, I actualy propose to start the Comittee Votes after the Conference Championships:

Comittee's vote opened: 28/02 (after Conf. Champ.)
Comittee's vote closed: 03/03 (before Bowl)
Managers' vote opened: 05/03 (after Bowl)
Manager's vote closed: 15/03 (Day 1 of draft)

Sounds great. It will take a long time until i will be eligible but perhaps I reach this goal before I go into retirement.
