this might be a privacy vs. transparency issue, but could we maybe start with a ranking of the "Top 100 Bankrolls" in the chronicles? I know that seems weird, because you could look up other managers bankrolls in a bidding war, to see how far they might go - but a salary cap would provide some of that transparency anyway, and for now, we could at least get an idea of how big the problem might be - and maybe a lot of our fears turn out as pure fantasies.

I can see why affected teams really would not want this, but think of it as as the "Forbes 100" list of RZA - in the end its a good thing to be on top
