I don't have a second team, and for a very good reason. I've been following the Giants since 1984, and back then I picked a second team from the AFC - the Denver Broncos. All was well and good, until halftime at SBXXI when the Broncos led 10-9 and had enjoyed the best of the first half. At that point I hated them with all my heart, and promised myself never to have a second team ever again. In my crazed fandom I also predicted pre-game that the Giants would win 20-0, and but for a missed XP they would have won by 20 points, but we won comfortably in the end and that was all that mattered.

Yeah, when I first started following the NFL, I just looked where my favorite Alabama players went and followed three teams: Falcons, Patriots, Saints. Found out Falcons/Saints were rivals and, although I love Mark Ingram, Julio Jones is my favorite player so I landed on Falcons and Patriots, then this past season decided to go all-in on Falcons, and legitimately laughed when the Patriots won because what had been my 2 teams were now in the SB, although again, I had went full Falcon before the season so needless to say it still hurts. I don't hate the Patriots, but the endless 28-3 jokes from their fans got stale after 3 days and I have a feeling it'll be something I hear for 3 years.

They have the best left tackle. It definitely helps. Now the guards they invested in still need to prove that they can play together so I'm not sure they belong before some crazy good OL like the Bears (especially for the run), the Cowboys or the Steelers for example. But definitely trending up I agree 100%

And as a Packer they definitely seem to overvalue Tretter in my opinion. He could be OK / good but he needs to show it first.

EDIT: as a Packer (1) / Browns (2) fan

Zeitler was a big acquisition though. I just love the holes that leaves in the Bengals OL. No Witworth, no Zeitler, the Red Rifle is gonna eat grass

Well Bengals do have imo the best backup QB in AJ McCarron so if Andy Dalton goes down, Bengals fans ought not be too worried. However, as an Alabama fan, should Dalton go down, I won't be mad to see AJ back in action

After this weekend and the Orange vs Whites interteam friendly Hue Jackson announced that Brock Osweiler will be QB1 for the preseason game against the Saints!

I've been sensing this plottwist coming for some time now and according to the trainingcamp report he is currently the best performing QB on the Browns roster.

On a side not: Myles Garret is on fire during the training camp! He's stumping the opposition!

Looking forward to the game against the Saints.

I realy hope for all the people I know in Ohio that the Browns will finaly get their act together and start kick some behinds. They have done a great job in the off season and I realy have faith in what the front office is doing.

Kizer will be talk of the town I think.

A 52yard bomb
A 4th and 2 completion with a 8 man blitz comming at him (with the game on the line)
And the game winning TD throw

11/18
184 yards
1 TD

Well don't get too caught in making judgements in pre-season games....BUT...if I had to choose between a QB playing badly in a pre-season game and a QB playing well then yeah, you're right!

Trying not to get on the hype train....but it's hard

Still expecting a few win season however.
