From the news section:
We enabled an out of position penalty for the training as well. So, if the number of players to have training in a certain position group hits a certain level, the training progress of each player of such a group will drop to almost nothing. One coach cannot take care for too many trainees. The limits per position group are very high at the moment, and subject of further changes. Once a manager hits those limits, the training report will contain notices. Does this also apply to Youth Academy? |

Many its just me, but i find it confusing. Can anyone clarify please?
From Manual: Players being within their "free position change" period or academy players are not covered by these limits. If a position group exceeds these limits, the possible training progress is limited to 25% of the full possible training progress. If a training session was limited, you will find notices inside your training report. The possible training restrictions apply for all players of such a position group, inlcuding Academy players. So which is it? Are academy players included or not?  |

The Players in academy and the free switching period do not count for the number of players which is triggering the penalty, but if the penalty is triggered then they will also be affected.
