OK I saw the guy. Him I would play him DE. But same, he can play anywhere. So 50 strength guy at DL and 50 speed guy at LB? I don't know if I'm being too picky with their physicals, I just got the impression that if a CB or WR (or outside player in general) wasn't 50 speed, he was slow. And if a DL or OL player wasn't 50 strength, he was "weak". Both of these guys, to me, looks like premier pass rush talents. |

I found this thread humorous. Considering I opened a thread about how tedious searching through draft picks is. The reason these guys are falling to you, is because there is no transparency, there is no common ground for everyone to choose players. Is this football? Is this some sort of excel decathlon? I feel like I'm playing roto baseball in 1989. It took a while for me to figure out what to look for, but now that I have that, I have an easy way to sort through it. It's just a question about what you value - which is EXACTLY like IRL NFL. Do you want the top athlete (49+ str, 49 spd, 30+ agi) that might be more raw in positional skills or are you more interested in the best overall player or do you draft by BPA or need? An excel sheet is what we get, but essentially I find it a decent way to emulate a real draft. |

Yeah, the draft system is about as transparent as you can get without giving everything away - and what draft system gives everything away? Its not like actual NFL draftees are guaranteed to work out every time, so I'm not sure what the issue is here.
The only thing missing from the spreadsheet is caps on physical skills, so you have to take that into account when making your rankings. And if you don't want to make your own rankings then you can suffer the consequences - there are no free passes here. |

Great pick-up for my second round pick. Red cap strength at 42 and yellow cap speed at 36 but all in all I am hoping he'll be ok

I agree that supporters might get a bit too unfair advantage because of the possibility to download the csv. Manually scouting each player seems a bit tedious. In addition, because there are users that don't know how to use Excel (or other spreadsheet applications), there could be the possibility to simply sort the players also on RZA. However, I personally like very much the possibility of downloading the csv and creating my own formula for ranking the draftees. |

Imo, the only real change pete could do for all was to implement combine scores to measure things. It would, probably, be a lot of work for very little effect though. |

Although it's quite useless when drafting because the range is so small. One option would be to show some of the draftees' abilities on the draft board (the same way as in youth pull). |
