I really find keeping track and potentially changing training every week very boring and time consuming.
What are you doing to make this easier whether this is a spreadsheet or handy tips, I want to hear about it! |

Bottom line for me is, having a plan for every position in my head and then walk through the players after every u p d a t e and adjust the training accordingly.
I have a sheet and some formulars in it, but those do not indicate a missed training or something like that. |

Use RZAMS to monitor the progress.

You can use the notes section for that kind of thing.
I review training for every player after each update, it doesn't take very long. |

Same here, and then I set training for the next u p d a t e based on what I see. And I love doing it, part of the enjoyment of the game for me. I keep my training mails in my team box so I can check back - there's 27 in there right now. Usually I don't need them but every so often I'll check back on a player to see when his yellow cap appeared. Notes or a spreadsheet could do that just as well (and perhaps better). I do keep a spreadsheet for my Broken Bat team, but not here. |

Ditto and I use the training report to ensure changes to maxed players and skills. Who is this Modest Mouse I'm hearing so much about? I have to play him on Thursday and just wanted to let him know what's in the forecast, PAIN, LOTS OF PAIN! |

If you have a level 20 Scout you'll see the yellow warning appear 5 points before the red cap. |
