UPDATE: The RZA Training Tracker is now available for use!
OK having read the answers to my question here, I realised I was just being lazy and that I just didn't like to thrawl through the training stats of 70 guys two times a week....sooooooo...I set out to make this an easy process for myself. And to make it easy for everyone I am making it available to everyone! 
I hereby present to you the RZA Training Tracker Download it, open it and follow instructions in the first workbook titled Instructions and Profit!
