so do I manually insert each player and their stats on training page, the planned skill level I mean?

Yes name, skill and level. That is then used to compare against the downloaded data. Be careful when selling, buying or firing players as you need to add these manually before adding the new data.

Actually I am now realising that you probably have not seen that there is a detailed guide on how to use it on the first workbook called Instructions.

Here are instructions for all to see:

INSTRUCTIONS

1 Populate the Training Plan workbook with all your players and planned skill level.
2 Any players joined your team? Then u p d a t e Training Plan!
3 Any players left your team? Then u p d a t e Training Plan!
4 Freeze the top row on the Training Plan workbook.
5 Sort the data (from A - Z) on the Player field
6 Download players data from RZA.
Ensure players name is exactly like it is in the downloaded RZA sheet. Example: On RZA Website player name Árpád Baranyi becomes Árpád Baranyi when downloaded. Use the name in the Downloaded sheet in Training Plan.
7 Open the downloaded player sheet
8 Copy and paste all data from the downloaded sheet to the PlayerDownload workbook in this sheet.
9 Freeze the top row on the PlayerDownload workbook.
10 Sort the data (from A - Z) on the Player field.
11 Profit! Now you can see at a glance which player needs his training changed.
12 Repeat after each training update.
