Hello all and welcome back to week 3 of the season. We are featuring one of the most consistent and best rivalries in Thunder 1.1 over the last few seasons.
While LM Pirates dominated this rivalry it is Wild Thangs that have turned the tide over the last two seasons starting with their S23 play-off win. However with LM Pirates being at home it's anyone's win to grab. The reporters will be send out later today to intercept the managers for a juicy interview. We met up with stizz of Wild Thangs for this entertaining interview:
Question 1. Two games into the season. Everything looking perfect so far. Only thing if you want to find something is that your kicker has missed 49 and a 51 yards FG but that is hardly worrying. Play offs guaranteed with the AC being what is now a change for promotion to Elite? I guess I could actually plan for games, but that would involve paying attention and things of that nature. I am happy with how the team is performing here, but I know I do not stand a chance in Elite. Question 2. Last week a local journo wrote an article criticing the jersey because of it's pink colour. Since then more fans have made their displeasure known. Is a change in the team jersey's colour imminent? Sure. I will change the jerseys after this interview. Question 3. Give me a stat about your team that you think will matter this season? I have had good luck with my defense making Interceptions, I hope that will continue. Question 4. stizz, owner of Wild Thangs Pink Jerseys are gone! 2017-03-24 04:08:40 Due to fan pressure, the management has randomly selected new colors for the home uniform. We expect fanshop sales to skyrocket. |
