Are there any way to get these players back?
under roster history says "leaving" "financial penalty cut".
Only tab I see is turn into free agents then bid on them and hope you win to get them back.

Sucks I've lost my QB and CB. #1 and #3 picks. Both studs. Cornerback won best CB in league and region.

End of last year after all my games I upgraded my stadium with all my money. As a rookie I didn't realize the rest of season took money out for salary, training, ect. Ended up going 10million in the hole. I'm back up now. But because I didn't know how things worked end of my first season I lost my two best players and building blocks for my future.

Pretty much has me not even wanting to continue. Starting all over and without my two best players. Not to mention all the other players I've acquired thru the year I lost that were good as well.

Back to square 1.

The only way to get them back is to bid on them when they will integrate the transfer market. It will be random and you will have to compete with the other owners.

I invite you to contact a mentor and read the different guides we have in RZA. Your finance management has been unwise and that is why you got your players cut.

Clearly.
I was told to upgrade my stadium as quick as possible.
Once all my games were over I had a ton of money so spent all of it on upgrades. I had no clue that during the playoffs after my team lost money was still going out.
Its not something really mentioned anywhere and my mentor didn't tell me.

Should probably tell new players to build up a good 5-10 million to let sit at the end of the year.

Sucks that I had to lose all my best players to learn this one lol.

hey, that does seem really harsh but please don't let it stop you playing.

this is a great game and the more players the better. I have played one season only and made some mistake too. you built your team once, you can do it again!

I agree that this is a rookie trap, and I personally would like to have this changed (all current salary paid in regular season + extra salary in the postseason, just like it is in the NFL)

However, with your weekly costs, you could have made it if you would just have played a friendly every Thursday, Friday and Saturday in the postseason.

That gives you roughly 1.9 Mio$ income for 2 RZA weeks

Guys, give us a shout in the forums before things turn bad, this is a great community and many coaches would help

Don't give up! There were a lot of people that helped me when I didn't listen and I lost everything but I've come back with the help of Firenze, Fummer, Drogon and J Utah and others!

I came back with their help and now am 1st and 4-0 in my division and 3rd in my league.

Your mistake was not to build the stadium. A stadium of your size costs around 200k a week. Your sponsor only covers it. However it is true that you could have save money waiting for the new season to start before investing in the stadium.
But your big mistake was to hire a coach and buy players. The first season of a carreer should be dedicated to the stadium only. Every other investment will just slow down your progression and eventualy lead to bancruptcy. It is exactly what happened to you.

Now you did not lose everything. You still have a bigger stadium than at your beginning.

I would fire this coach now and finish the stadium.

I'm still playing. Took a month off to cool down lol.
CB M'Hamdi is currently going for over 13million on the market. Someone want to loan me 20 million to get him back?!?! anyone?!?! lol

I know now. But I didn't realize after my last playoff game that I'd lose 10 million dollars for salaries and training and everything from then to the end of the season. I probably shouldn't have had so much tied up in coaching salaries...... but again, I had no clue after my last game training, salaries, etc came out against me.

I also probably shouldn't have bought so many players. But my team was awful everywhere. I thought I did a pretty good job improving all aspects of my team and was well in the green every time I added a player.

I tried to schedule friendlies once I knew what was happening but I couldn't fill all my spots and even the ones I filled was not helping me bail the water out. I was sinking and sinking fast.

It's just tough as a rookie to lose a stud player from your very first draft for over 13 million on the market. He was clearly a good player at that amount. In all I'm pretty much losing everything I built up over my first season. All are hitting the transfer market. My RB, the other draft pick thank god didn't leave. So I have him.

As a rookie and first season player it's very demoralizing to see everything you did completely demolished. 2/3 of draft picks, all transfer players lost, all facilities lost, etc. Thank god I didn't open up my HR department like I was suppose to. Would be even more of a nightmare to deal with.

I can imagine your frustration mate. But lesson learned, dust yourself down and apply the wisdom you earned the hard way and build an even better than you had. The good thing about RZA is that patient well-planned building is rewarded in the end
