So no matter what players I add or my ratings, my team can never move the ball, they always turning it over. My playbook is good but my QB cannot complete a pass and my RB never get more than a yard. My defense stays on the field no matter how many good players I add. Idk what's the problem but it's getting frustrating. I lose to teams that's not even good.

I just had a very quick look on your last game. Maybe the fact that your O and D lines seem poor can explain why your QB (rating 3) had so poor % of completion.

Patience is the key, this game is a marathon, not a sprint

1. If you continue getting in coaches and players at this rate before investing in your stadium, you will face bankruptcy before you will get any better.

2. your playbook is not good. Always running from the same formation (like I-Formation) and always passing from another formation will bring out the formation the opposing coach defined for run or pass respectively. So you will run into 5 man fronts all day and never

You joined 2 weeks ago and have one game against a similar opponent, so never and always are pretty strong words for just one single game

Well, I just did a second quick check.
Forget what I previously said as your last opponent had also poor O and D line.

One point, you tried 13 Long pass for a % of completion of 0.

Do not try Long pass, just normal ones.

just looked at the passing distribution and noticed the same thing - too many deep and medium passes. try sticking to just the "pass" setting in playbook (instead of medium and deep) as much as possible and most of the time your QB will go for the 1st down to move the chains.

deep and medium passes are really hard to pull off in RZA, even for QBs with 50 intelligence and perfect skills. that said I souted your QB and in the long run you should try to to get a QB who is closer to 50 intelligence - it helps avoiding interceptions.

I'm already building my stadium and far as I can tell I'll be good when it comes to financial. Ik a lot about money and about football management. But I figured it has to do with my o-line. I also play Pigskin Empire so I guess there's a big difference when it comes to play calling. But I get it now. Thanks you guys! I'm just very competitive so I like to win no matter what lol

Just looking at your game of today.

You threw only medium and long pass (3/34 for 9% of completions) and 0/0 on screen or short passes.
Your opponent distributed passes differently :
long+medium (12/31 for 39%)
screen+short (17/20 for 85%)

Both rushing games were uneffective, so the passing percentages made the difference.
No surprise you scored on a rush and on 2 pick-six.

Another suggestion is to study your opponents before the game, like others will certainly do with your team.
For instance knowing that your opponent defends always with 3-3-5 formation against Pro-Set, could suggest you to run more often from Pro-Set and giving your offense a clear advantage.

Keep your desire for winning high, but focus on learning. The secret of this game is to hold strong at the beginning and learn from better teams.
