1. If you continue getting in coaches and players at this rate before investing in your stadium, you will face bankruptcy before you will get any better.

This is a very good advice. You may think you are OK now, but just trust us on this one. You are not the first one falling into the trap. The time you spend with poor players, you will it catch up super fast when you will have your stadium full. Now you are just spending unnecessary money on players that will not stay in your team in a couple of seasons.

The more you save, the more you build the stadium, the more you earn, the more you save, the more you build the stadium, the more you earn... (you got it I guess).

Now you had a great practice asking for help in the forum. Keep doing that or find a mentor. You, like all of us at the beginning, have still a lot to learn on RZA and the community will try to help you no matter what.

The mentor thing really helped me. I was al almost bankrupt Drogon. Firenze, Fummer and Utah help me through it. I've built my stadium to over 50K, my players are getting a lot better, my coaches are gaining experience and I won't tell you my record because I don't want to jinx it. Build from your Youth Academy and the draft. Don't put players in your youth academy over 18 as this will give you a few years to develop them before they hit your roster and remember poop in poop out so get quality in the beginning. When purchasing players look at the ones at 5000 and 7500. There are some gems out there and I've got a hold of a few of them.

Your playbook is your best friend. Make 2 or 3 and experiment but keep your standard to use when developing others. I use every formation one time or another in all of my games. Go back and review your best formations on offense and the defense they were successful against. Keep refining your playbooks that way after each game. concentrate on a couple of formations and play scrimmage games against your standard defense which is a 4-3-4.

Kind've a more in depth question. So I've had some inconsistencies, especially passing game. I have young QB, WR, OL and all not all that great yet so that probably plays a factor. Time and better players will help.

For the most part I leave my playcalling random on pass/rush as well as formations. Passing game I only interfere in specific instances like when I'm down by so much or the end of half and game.

Question is: Should throw to a specific side of the field or at a certain player on 3rd downs or at certain important times of the game? When filling out my formation what side does it put your #1 receiver? If I scout a team and find a weak link what sides does it put their #1-4 CB or safety?

I got a stud tight end and for some reason he never gets that many targets or catches. How do I focus my passing game on getting him more looks?

Offensive formations fill from left to right. Defensive formations fill from right to left. The lone exception is Flexbone. The Flexbone fills left to right, EXCEPT HBs/RBs who fill right to left.

If you want to get more passes to your TE, a great formation to use is the Big I formation because you can isolate the TE on the left. You can use the other formation to pass into the middle, but that's dangerous because many owner's most talented defenders are LBs. If you want to circumvent this, you can pass to the flanks or develop/draft/purchase athletes at TE that can match up with the LBs.

To have the exact filling order for different formations you can have a look at Formations manual page.

Scroll it down and you will find offense and defence formations sequence of players selections.
