Didn't Packers go 6-10 in Rodgers first season as a starter? In many ways yes Aaron had a good season back then but i still think we need to give Hundley a break after just less than two games.

Yeah, Hundley is in a tough situation. This team was scraping by with an all-time great slinging passes. They're not that good.

So true, there's some teams out there that could've picked Rodgers before we did who's current teams would be dominating with 12 as a QB, although their trams wouldn't've had the high draft picks if they had Aaron over the last few years, so i guess worst case scenario is we finally get some high draft picks

Didnt took too long to be coming. Alonso vs. Flacco last Thursday, nice hit, niiiice hit. Look at the timepoint when Alonso turned his shoulder down deep to target Flaccos head just perfectly, and not a blink of a second too late to anticipate a given up play by Flacco, a beauty of a hit, a beauty i tell you, athleticism and body control of its best. Really, where can I vote for "play of the week"?

Cheating has become an effective method in NFL. Respect! Hope that makes former Fooball players happier who say the game has become too soft.

But both, Rodgers and Flacco, have to take their part of the blame for the outcome of each play too, because by their actions they just invited the opponent to make a dirty play, thats what these idiots just wait and looking for. Not very smart either, right? Stupid Rodgers, there we saw his Achilles' heel, considering himself superior Learning soup wont be eaten as hot as it was cooked he must. Hope he comes back soon, because in a few weeks i get rid of watching dumb football. Sidelining him would be enought to begin with, since he has this Fearsome trait that makes Defenses feel pressure just by lining him sidewards of them.

Doing the bridge back to GB, astonishing, after Flaccos out for the game (0:13) they had a plan B and finished 0:40 (ok, you'll say they just played against "The Flippers"). But having a Plan B seem to be a must-have nowadays in NFL. Does Hundley really looked like Plan B after 2 games for you? Seems coaching staff didnt gave him lots of reps with the starters in practice. Now they tell us that they prepare plays for his style etc, ... what? ... what have they done in the past 3 years with backup Hundley to cover the worst case scenario, hmm perculiar

I give you that the coaching staff hasn't helped at all and in fact seem to think they can put Hundley in and continue as per normal.

I hate to say it but a Belichick would have transformed the PB to help his QB.

Maybe, tho the "Belichick as evil genius" thing gets overdone. You also have to take into account that they just didn't know how good he was. A real game just can't be simulated. And having an offensive line would probably really help. Still better than bringing in someone, anyone off the street.

Man that was tough to watch! I don't want to jump on the "we all hate Capers" bandwagon but the defence is still far too obvious

No pass rush at all. I think we can see where their upcoming high draft pick will go...

At least this is the good news.

Even Gruden was curious about the Martinez / Tate (WR) matchup. Think there are rumors already, most likely Capers wont survive this season if the D perfomes as before.

Only a few good things to take from last game:
Passing was little bit better than vs Viks and Saints. At least no Int. Ty looked refreshed. And the setup for the last second FG at the end of 1st half was a beauty, you dont see that every day. But oh boy, 3 and long doesnt work on both sides of the Packers ball.

The Bears today, is it a seasons make or break game?

...neither...nor.

First half I thought GB wont get anything for a Hundley trade. Missed easy pass opportunities, missed running beyond open green gras. Jesus. But we all became witness what a healthy Ty Montgomery can do from the RB position. That was excellent work.

2nd half, Hundley produced something that ended up in an overall passer rating of 110! Due to less experience there are still some lacks here and there, too much and too long readings downfield, but if he can produce between 90 and 100 in passer rating at the end of the season TT has a tough decision to make in letting him go.

The Ravens are next, strong pass defense, bad against the run:

Although the Packers have to and will run the ball heavily, I hope MM won't put Monty on gamedays roster. Ailing Ty wont produce anything. 2 RB must be enough for sunday. And pretty sure Jamaal - the Phone Booth - Williams and Devante - Mike Tyson lookalike - Mays will disrupt the defense to promote the passing game. Edit: I always forget the warrior Aaron Rest-In-Peace-kowski. Ravens defense will be dust by the end of first half.

Somewhere I've read, Packers should go with theire WR speedsters Janis and Davis to stretch the field and open opportunities for short passes. Sounds good to me but wont happen. MM seems to me as a coach that rather rides a horse to death first before hopping on a fresh one.

And for the defense ... Like against the Bears, shackling and gagging Dom Capers again would help a lot.

Looking forward
