I like the Idea of a Implementation of a Youth / DevLeague with a own shedule. I suggest Sundays / Wednesday for the Gamedays. Maybe the old Germans remember the Soccer Managment Game "Anstoss" there was a similar feature. The teams are full of No-Names generic Players (walk-ons) and your Talents from your own Talent Big Board.(your know them from your youth academy / youthpull) The Teams play a own leauge, but the GM dosnt have a effect of the depth chart, playbook etc. The AC´s could affect them , or a new AC called Youth Coach will be the new Man in charge. The Games could effect your actually Talents that you have in focous and boost the training sucess. For example: RB #33 from The Polk High Youth Team runs 4 TD in one Game. He recieve a 0,5% atribute boni for Carrying, and Strength in the next Update. |

 Not sure the bonus should be that high though! But perhaps a few extra training points for the MVP? Certainly would be a boost for Wednesdays and Sundays without any major effect on your team |

agreed . this skill faktor bonus would be petes secret math thing. I guess pete allready knows how to tune the strength to keep the ballance in the game. Just thoungt would be a nice addition to the Youth Section. |

So would it be all your YA players on one team, all of them spread around, or you can only choose a few to play in the league?

Addtional Thoughts..
the Skills from the generic "Walkons" are invisible for the GM. Only a "Youth Pull" from the Team into the "Focus-List" are reveal the Skills. The GM only care about his "Talents that he can promote into the senior team" If the Roster has open spots the Engin fills the Team with Generic Walk ons, before the Game starts. At this time a Youthplayer can stay maximum 5 Seasons in the YA Season 1 16yo Season 2 17yo Season 3 18yo Season 4 19yo Season 5 20yo You could use the "College Rules" for the new Youth Contracts Freshman: Year 1 Sophomore: Year 2 Junior: Year 3 Senior: Year 4 Maybe pete is granting us an option to Redshirt your own Talents ,so you have a 5th Year Option. I guess if you want to implent something like this you are forced to change the Training in this section. Maybe Trainingsessions for that whole Youthteam can help to focus on phsy. con demands... just a try to make some Banter to make the Sundays wednesday more fun. The real thing is to think about is this. Do we want them to replace ya. Or work beside the ya.
My thoughts on this is simple. How about change the some. Into three sections Major league team a roster of 60 salaries are full price Minor team roster of 30 half price or less players must be under the age of 24. And play games on Mondays and fridays.
