We're now at 73%. Getting to and over 75% would provide a nice boost of incomes (going from 120% to 140% payback, according to the manual)

they can pay all season but obviously the later it gets the less they get back. people need to pay before the next financial u p d a t e to get the early bird bonus which is what makes it worth it over the entire season.
