My Offense was not much better. My Defense was responsible for most of my points. And good job in getting your PD that high. No.1 among the 2 loss teams with 70 points cushion to the non playoff ranks

I'm starting to realize, that having 3 Elite teams in a SC group doesn't really make you the Group of Death anymore. It's really how many bots and how strong the 4th, 5th, 6th best teams are. If the top 3 teams can plow through the rest of the field...it doesn't really matter if one of them picks up a couple of losses against the other top teams.

What an odd game against Secret Air Service tonight. Both sides missed a FG apiece. We took the lead through slow and steady progress but SAS were always at our backs and nipping at our heels. They threw 3 long bombs, which no team has ever managed against us before. Then just as you thought things couldn't get any weirder in the last 9 minutes we picked them off 3 times - 2 were returned for a TD and the last one led to a FG with time expiring.
I was really surprised to end up with a 30 pt victory (51-21). Well played SAS. Despite this loss it looks like you are headed for the playoffs. Best of luck. |
