I failed to use MOTY in the first league game which means that I did not put forth my best chance to win and therefore tanked but do not see a tanking warning on my overview page. Should this be listed in the bugs section?

It can be strategic when you choose to use your MOTYs; I don't think it counts as Tanking unless you don't use them all year.
However, I noticed that you haven't spent all of your money on players (you still have some in your bank account). That should definitely be counted as Tanking.

That's like saying that if you don't vote every single day you're not a good citizen, even though there aren't elections every day. Your posts can sometimes be funny but this is just idiotic.
