So, I was thinkinng that teams should be able to have developmental teams. These teams could be in a league of their own. The concept is similar to that of the NBA D-League. You could put players that aren't ready for the big leagues yet, so they can improve their skills. Players recovering from injury can be on these developmental teams to rehab too.

the premium academy seems to do this, but is not a league as such and it costs a lot more than the standard youth academy.
IF this kind of thing was implemented perhaps it could be only for those with a premium youth academy. |
