Hey.
So far, I've just been winging it with the youth pulls and hoping for the best, however this week is the hardest yet. Click here! I learn towards the 17 year old safety because he imo is THAT far ahead on the physicals, or should I go with one of the 16 year olds with 45+ TW? Last edited on 2017-06-21 07:17:25 by Lamba |

If I were you I would take the 17 SF, if you had a good DL coach and no SF coach I would probably go for the 16 DL as you get a boost from the coach as the player enters your team, so those numbers you see now would be higher after pulling him. Right now though the SF looks the best

Your stadium is fully built so yes, Coaches are one option to start with now...

All I'd recommend is plan what coaches you want before hiring them, then be patient and wait for the right coaches. Firing/replacing coaches comes with a hit on morale and TC so it can be annoying to keep changing coaches then having to sort your players out.

Yes, id say its time to get coaches. Have a look around 1.1 and elite to see how the big clubs set up their coaching staff.
If possible, go young. Coaches gain exp. and con. over time. As for ori. post: id go with the 16 yo, but as said before, its very close. |
