There is no added value in my opinion because: a) good youth players that are not needed will first be put on TM b) people who fire youth players do this because they are bad players and most likely are red capped Removing this option will clean up the TM and allow us to find those juicy real free-agent youth players (that are free agents because they were generated by RZA). |

Not having crappie players to sort through would just mean bid away on any youth player. I like there being a lot of crap to sort through, this way you can find the diamond in the rough at an affordable price. The teams that need these players the most are usually the teams with out the money.
So if you cant put the time in, you don't deserve the player. Scout scout scout and you can see who had him in their youth academy and how they where being trained some times you need to risk a few hundred K but your way would raise the price to millions and still it would only be 50 50 as RZA would also create some players that would not be superstars |
