NOTE: I posted this in wrong forum first so hence the reference to bye week which was yesterday for me.

As it is my bye week this week I thought it was a good moment to post the answers for the Start of Season Questionnaire I did. If you replied to me initially ut don't see your answers here then read this thread.

I sent the questions to every manager in the league. Got to say that I am a little disappointed with the number of responses that I got. However that makes everyone who replied a hero in my estimation


1: What position do you hope to finish this season (example answers: I want to finish at no 20 in the league or in the top 5)? 
Fijer: I would like a top-10 in the league but I'm not sure if I'll get to it. Anyway, I want to play play-offs
Jettolayoff spot
Bovakian: I am not sure of a position, but I would like to have at least an 8-8 season.
90210: Top 15, maybe top 10 but that's a stretch.
Stizz: I hope to finish at number 6 in the league
Davecool: I just want my team to avoid relegation and improve my team to be more competitive in this league.
Tabula Rasa: I’m hoping to finish at the 28th spot or higher because then I will avoid a direct return to division 2.1. This will be a hard task but without hope we have nothing! It will be a long struggle for survival in this division.

2: Which player should we watch out for this season? 
Fijer: If I say this there will be no surprises hahaha
Jetto:hmmm, tough one... Maybe my "star" RB's Clément Lemarchand and Leslie Keith, my best WR Choonhavan Jamaludin and of course "the" player of the franchise LB Erdogan Schuschnig
Bovakian: At this time I could not really say. I have a number of potential youngsters than could shine this season both on offense and defense.
90210: Veteran CB Adolfo Griffiths as well as QB Gene Sowell.
Stizz: Watch out for LB Kenneth Pfeiffer, he's older, but still good.
Davecool: My player to watch would probably be MLB Oren Scarsboro. He is my most dominant defender.
Tabula Rasa: The main person you should watch out for this season is my new guy under center; Christian Vazquez. My newly acquired quarterback whom I’m hoping can hopefully put together some game winning drives!

3: what stat will improve (or hope to improve) for your team this season?  
Fijer: what stat will improve (or hope to improve) for your team this season? Rushing... and points.
Jetto:After that season in EL every stat should improve
Bovakian: The rush yardage as my young QB's have someway to go to start producing significant numbers on the pass yardage.
90210: Hopefully my pass defense, specifically their ability to force turnovers. My pass defense is better than it ever has been, however a few players are retiring later this season.
Stizz: I hope to improve 3rd down conversions.
Davecool: I want to improve my play book in general.
Tabula Rasa: I’m hoping to improve all areas of my team, because my team is lacking on every front.

4: Is there a question you want to see featured in the Game of the Week show that is not already in there?

Jetto:Beer or wine? Female or male?
Bovakian: The managers philosophy for their team.
90210: I am quite satisfied with the current questions, but am open to new ones. Maybe predict the score? Or make one bold prediction about the game?
Stizz: nope
Davecool: I don't have an answer for the other questions. I'm still working to develop a winner. I was undefeated in level 2 until blowing the championship game on a fluke mistake.
Tabula Rasa: Maybe something about long term goals?

5: Any good ideas for the community in Thunder 1.1 - example answers: Have a Discord group. Have a weekly round-up of games? These are just examples, please be as creative as you feel you need to be.

Jetto:Right now no ideas, I think we are doing this pretty good. Would be cool if also some others would contribute regularly...
"Bovakian: I have always thought of the round up of games, but it can be time consuming checking all the games and then writing a report for each game, though a report on GOTW would be good with a very brief expose on the rest of the results.
Publishing rumours on teams in the league, though that could only be done on Wednesdays and Sundays. Transfers in of players and coach appointments might be of interest as well.
This would be like doing the pre-season show each game week with the GOTW report followed by a brief round up of the rest of the results, then a short expose on any rumours and closing with transfer news of the week"
90210: I do like the idea of having some kind of weekly round-up and/or preview show. It would be entertaining.
Stizz: I have little ideas to contribute - you guys do great!
Davecool: Bottom line is that I am now here to learn and compete.
Tabula Rase: Not at the moment.
