It would be cool to add an incentive tab when negotiating contracts for certain players. Players that want a certain amount should be giving incentives they must complete to receive the amount they would like to get paid.

E.g your RB only gets his full salary if he maintains a 4yd carry avg |

It could benefit a lot. I have a quality backup in my running back and he wants to be overpaid. I think it could be a good idea to have an incentive where we can have certain amount of yards or TDs or per carry. And of course it'll be different for other positions.

I think the idea of it is not just bonuses for players, it could be maluses too.

Irritatingly some laws, like the driving ones, protect the idiots, we need to remove these for the sake of the gene pool |
