I promised to come back with numbers, and here we go. You might use this post to convince your league mates...
A total of around 342 teams pledged, and this does not include those teams that run on auto pledge because of being too new. From these teams 49 stay in the minus per today, where two financial runs are still open. Since I do not know if I find the time on sunday, I will go with an estimate. Based on todays numbers around 28 teams will lose money by using the mediacenter. All other teams gained money from the mediacenter. Around 180 teams were able to make profit by more than 20% from their invested money. Around 80 teams were able to make profit by more than 40%. After all: the Mediacenter was and is a huge success, and an important source for additional income. The profit is much higher than on any other source, expect tickets of course. Now it is on you... Do you have plans to add any more features or rule changes to the media center? Counter balances? Will the Early Bird special remain?

Are we still getting the early bird bonus? If not did you take that money out of the numbers to give an accurate forward projection?

"Early bird" was part, and will be part of the mediacenter. I have no reason to "clean" my calculations therefore.
